Meet The Team
Dr. Timothy D. Runnels grew up in Houston and received a chiropractic doctorate from the Texas Chiropractic College. Since then, he was trained at the Moody Health Center and became a certified acupuncturist.
He also was the president of the Texas Chiropractic College Alumni Organization till 2011. His dedication leads him to open his practice in 2005, so he could improve the community’s musculoskeletal health.
Dr. Timothy Runnels
He was inspired to open his practice when he worked as a personal trainer. While working with athletes, he saw many musculoskeletal injuries.
From there, he started his medical education. Dr. Runnels wants you to be able to enjoy life and believes in the power of holistic healing. He will explain all you need to know so you will be aware of every step in the process.
Teresa M Muñoz joined the chiropractic family in 1999 when she married Dr. Runnels. She graduated from Phoenix University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Management. Later she returned to Colombia, where she is originally from and acquired a degree in marketing and advertising.
Since then, she has worked as the supervisor and manager of North Houston Spine and Sports Medicine. She also continues her education and broadens her chiropractic knowledge through classes and seminars. These classes allow her to serve her community better.
